No purchase contract with Surface DC
AMASCI CREATIVE LIMITED does not sell goods or paid digital content on asurfacedc.com. Reading an advertorial does not create a distance contract with us.
If you order a product such as the SpyFocus mini camera through a link on this website, your contract is with the external seller. Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by the seller’s terms and by UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The seller’s money-back guarantee
A 30-day money-back guarantee is advertised for SpyFocus by the seller. Claims must be made directly to the seller, not to the Surface DC editorial team. Whether and how far the guarantee applies is set out on the seller’s offer page.
If you do have a contract with us
Consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for a paid service from us. We don’t currently offer any such service. If that changes, the following applies.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
